He promised to nuke us then. Then he implied he'd nuke us some more. And then he said, "I'm not bluffing this time," and still nothing happened.
And all the promises of Russian offensives, of imminent Ukrainian defeats, of cauldrons filled with 30,000-50,000 doomed Ukrainians, of thwarting Ukrainian offensives as soon as they begin "leaving behind thousands of dead Ukrainians," and now all we're left with is: "Russia will knock out all the lights in Ukraine and freeze the civilians to death, forcing them to surrender!"
