Yes! He can't walk up steps without tripping 3 times? Then there are so many videos of him stumbling around on stage.
More importantly as we all point out daily, the man needs an evaluation of his thinking process. Not sure what that kind of testing cognitive ability would consist of. MRI? CAT Scan? A simple memory association with cards by a psychiatrist? Anyone?
