However, he has the top tier arrogance for swamp creatures and he and his compatriots memorialized much of their “response” in emails. He is also already showing the preferred tool of bureaucrat bigwigs everywhere and blaming everyone else too.

The emails and notes of those he now blames are where the real facts are located.
