I also think it's past time that we start running DINO candidates as Democrats. This is what their side has done. We are and have been in a cultural / societal war.
IMO you misunderstand why RINOs exist. All political candidates are potential (R)INOs, professional politician candidates are particularly so.
The longer a politician stays in office & runs for office the more she\he evolves into a RINO even if the politician started out as a good GOP\conservative. If the candidate starts down the professional politician track. Meaning they do this early in their adult life, they are out there hustling for votes. (Remember they also have to hustle for funding.) Pleasing voters, financial supporters to get elected is how they feed themselves, their families and put a roof over their heads. This deeply effects their thinking. They need other experiences to understand the practicality of how the world operates. Preferably that is commercial experience since so much of their ‘decision making’ will affect local and national economics. Even military\government service experience is better then vote hustling. Though military\government service experience may leave the budding politician a vague sense that government solutions work better than they actually do.
The whole political process feeds one’s ego and grows narcissism in one’s character. To put it in WV terminology after a few terms they starts to believe that their sh#t doesn’t stink! Rats start out that way. Socialist ideology often leads the proponent to a type of messianic state of mind about themselves. If they’re born into money their sense of entitlement does even more so. Also, those born into money are usually bored, going into politics gives them society as a plaything - a toy. They break the ‘toy’ well there’s always something else.
Be very suspicious of the professional politician!

I am still confused about what exactly was done to mess up the vote, and by whom. I looked at the original article and found the tabulation below that indicates about 3+ times more votes were counted for Republicans, so why is everyone so upset? [The first 3 locations listed were in pro Dem locations. The rest and a lot more that I did not include for space reasons were all pro Republican. Go to the article to see complete results.]

with a walk in system it is hard to outstuff an opponent, the final tally is where it is done in places like PA, CA, AZ that still have walk in voting, Cheating is very difficult, they need a lot of early voting and provisional ballots in these areas in order to overturn a landslide, it isnt easy.

The Courts cannot allow this fraud of an election to stand and still call this a free, fair, and secure election. If outright ballot fraud is certified then there is no need for anyone to vote at all, and we no long have a free country. The Courts cannot just say, “Oh well, it’s done now so we just have to accept the totals as given, even though it’s obviously a result of fraud”.
