How? He is a warm body that will show up for the wages they offer.
Three categories in the labor world now:
1. Don’t want to work under any condition
2. Don’t want to work for the wages offered and have unrealistic expectations
3. Have no skills or work ethic but want to be paid anyway.
And the story will disappear by tonight.
Mr. Bing was a very organized and proper Wal Mart manager who kept a list of employees who needed extra attention.
I’m surprised more Wal Mart managers don’t put themselves into their work like Andre did.
Aside from this minor deviation in his career he had ‘front office’ material all over the place.
Amish?
Night shift at Walmart in Chesapeake?
You can bet most, if not all, were black.
Couldn’t have been [white privilege) then.
Ba Da Boom Ba Da Bing.
Who hired this guy????
Black gunman and at least several Black victims.
Not the narrative the Political Left prays for every day.

What d’you bet Jalon and Tyneka and the others poked fun at him for being gay? Or making unwanted passes at male coworkers.
Interesting tidbit from a NY Post article. “Another employee, Jessie Wilczewski, told Norfolk TV station WAVY that the shooter pointed his gun at her and told her to go home as she hid under a table.” Sounds like he wasn’t aiming for an obviously white (Polish) coworker. Jalon and Tyneka didn’t get that same consideration.
Cheerful young man. Mama sez, “He was such a good boy.”
Was he an aspiring rapper? About to release a mix tape?
Sheesh. The ability to write a clear concise sentence seems to have gone the way of the Dodo bird.
Somebody forgot to tell Andre he can't enjoy his creds as a rapper when he offs his-own-self after capping the others.
Adnre was never cut out for being a Walmart greeter.
So nice to see the rat utopia at work
Thanks for the info. So I take it Chesapeake, Va. has a high black population, or that more blacks work the night shift? I’ve never been there. He had a list of people. I wonder if he had a social media presence, or left anything at his home. One article said he had no criminal record, but he could have been a youthful offender, and his record wouldn’t show up on a search. Makes me wonder if he was living alone, or with someone...family? He supposedly had “issues” with some of the other people who worked his shift. Walmart said he’d been there 10 years. Maybe more will be coming out about his personal life.
I think the answer to "why" is, unfortunately, very clear from the photograph. As to the "who", two possibilities came to mind. Perhaps (1) affirmative action goes all the way up the chain there no matter what, or (2) upper management & executives at the corporate level are cowards, and desperately afraid of offending "certain groups".
The photo does look like a mugshot from another arrest. I th ink Wal-mart is going to eventually pay some very big bucks to the families of the victims.
