It’s still true that vaccinated groups are at a lower risk of dying from a covid-19 infection than the unvaccinated when the data is adjusted for age. An analysis released by the CDC last week underscores the protection that additional booster shots offer against severe illness and death as immunity wanes.
Let’s take a look at deaths in August, when the highly contagious BA.5 variant reached its peak:
That month, unvaccinated people aged 6 months and older died at about six times the rate of those who had received their primary series of shots.
People with one booster dose were even better protected. Unvaccinated people over the age of 5 had about 8 times the risk of dying from a coronavirus infection than those who received a booster shot.
Among individuals who were eligible to receive additional booster shots, the gap is even more striking. Unvaccinated people 50 and up had 12 times the risk of dying from covid-19 than adults the same age with two or more booster doses.
And, you believe the CDC dtats?
“Rate of death” is a BS figure when you are talking about infinitesimal numbers of folks that have proven immune to the disease. It is the difference of a couple of folks, not millions as implied.
This whole scamdemic was sold to the public with “statistics”,mostly BS.
.. of covid. If you look at all-cause mortality, the numbers flip, sometimes strikingly.
In the original testing, the claim was that the injections cut covid deaths by 100%. Of 44,000 people in the test, 22,000 were controls (at first) and 22,000 received the injections (mRNA). One in the test group and two in the control group were reported to die of Covid. That’s only 100% if you use test deaths as the denominator.
Deaths for causes other than Covid were: 21 dead (of 22,000) in the test group, versus 14 dead (of 22,,000) in the control group. All-cause mortality was 22 dead for those who received the mRNA injection and 16 dead for those who received a placebo injection.
Also, any woman who was discovered to be pregnant in the mRNA group was removed from the study. So there are no statistics published for pregnant women, mothers or children, in the test group.
Also,the study included only people age 18-49 in good health. That’s why the death numbers (Covid and all-cause) are so low.
Finally, people who had received one or two injections, but died less than two weeks after the second injection are counted as unvaccinated. It’s known, from the VAERS data, that total deaths in the first 3 days after injection are several times higher than baseline . This ratio is much higher than ‘several’ times baseline for males age 12-29.
Also, a lot of statistics on the subject, leaning either way, are false, misleading, or both. In contrast, Lincoln National losing $2.6 billion in the third quarter of 2022, due to its group life (almost all 18-64) deaths paying out about 3x the average for years 2019 and earlier, and much higher than 2020, with high Covid and no injections. Dollars from a private corporation bound by GAAP rules paint a different picture.
