Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday met with his Cuban counterpart in Moscow, where the two unveiled a monument to Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro and hailed the “traditional friendship” between their sanctions-hit nations.
-snip-
Putin in a speech underscored Castro’s history of defiance, praising him for “selflessly defending the sovereignty of (his) native country” and drawing parallels with Western sanctions imposed on Russia in connection with its military campaign in Ukraine.
“The Soviet Union and Russia have always, and continue to this day, to support the Cuban people in their struggle for independence, sovereignty.

Hey you, I read just the other day that Russia is out of missiles, drones, etc.. That true? Can you provide with more links for my “Russia is out of missiles, drones, etc.’ compilations list?
Going to lmao if Putin survives this war and ZelenskyyIdiot don’t.......
Won’t be no peace deal, because for there to be one, ZelenskyyIdiot would get the .75 cent solution, quickly afterwards.
“Another problem with talks is that there is no one to talk to. The Ukrainian comedian Zelensky is not in a position where he can give up and stay alive:
And one of the biggest impediments to any settlement, other than Russia eventually dictating terms, is the leader the collective West has put on a pedestal: Zelensky, with the additional baggage of his Banderite inner circle.”

“Smith affirmatively quotes the former Russian president Medvedev who had explained the issue:
Vice Chairman of Russia’s Security Council, in a recent Telegram comment summarized in TASS, correctly depicted how Zelensky is boxed in:
Nevertheless, “Zelensky does not want any negotiations for quite obvious selfish reasons. Moreover, they [negotiations] are very dangerous for him,” Medvedev continued.
“After all, unless he acknowledges the realities of Ukraine’s break-up, it makes no sense to sit down at the [negotiating] table. Once he admits it, he will be bumped off by his own nationalists who are connected with the army top brass, and of whom he is scared out of his wits,” Medvedev said, describing the situation by the chess term ‘Zugzwang’ (in which each move of a player will worsen his/her position).”

I certainly hope the American media hasn’t completely sold out and have started denouncing their precious darling for the last sixty years, Fidel Castro. I hope the government press stooges take this opportunity to continue preaching the gospel and good news of Cuban free medicine.
Re: rebel icon Castro
All Hail the genius who turned the wealthiest country in Latin America and the Caribbean in 1960 - Cuba - into one of the poorest countries in the hemisphere for the next 60 years!

I love how the media goes on about “Cuba has free health care!” As if free or free-ish countries don’t have any system of health care. Funny how rich celebrities never go to Cuba for their plastic surgery. They also say “Cuba has universal literacy!” Cuba was highly literate before the revolution - it’s like they think Latin America is illiterate, just waiting for the communists to teach them how to read.
