VA.

Night manager “snapped”, shot lady in head, killed multiple employees in break room, 10+ shots fired in grocery section. Shot and killed himself. 4+ fatalities.

The call came to police at 10:12 pm third shift night meetings with management and associates commonly occur at 10 pm.

First check: psychoactive drugs involved? prescription or recreational? SSRI or benzodiazepine? Seeing a therapist? history of anger management?
