It’s too late. They have all of the goodies and have made many copies of things that we’ll never hear about but can/will be used by agents no matter if they are fired, defunded or go to work for We-be-Toys or your local grocery store. These people live in their own dark world and care not about laws, guidelines or decency.
The same with the other Hardware (guns, ammunition, electronics, explosives, communications) they use. If they have 1 or 2 then they have 10 or 200 more already bought, paid for by The U.S. Taxpayers and stashed away.
Funding will be no different, maybe slowed down a bit for new input but they already have gozillianbazziloins of US cash, Foreign currencies, gold, silver, titanium, platinum, vehicles, air assets, spares, maintenance and repair sites, personnel for them, petroleum products stashed away that only a few of them know about stockpiled for just such an occasion.
Even if we defund all the alphabet soups they won’t be gone or stop. They’ll just go rogue and continue with biz as usual with funding and all the crap that they are doing now and worse.
It’ll be like taking away drugs from junkies, one source is dried up and 3 more even more evil will replace them.
