How can they call a skinned dog wildlife activity? They don’t look remotely the same.
I wondered. Doesn’t sound right to me. I am starting to think they are downplaying these murders by saying they were targeted. That would be because it is college enrollment time, and this could really impact the cities economy that relies heavily on the universities enrollment.
