If you’re gonna shoot, shoot!
Colorado Springs police made it clear they can not say that all 18 of the wounded individuals were shot, suggesting some may have been hurt in other ways while attempting to flee.
I get a kick out of the Rambos who have never experienced a chaotic life and death event such as this in their entire lives but seem to know exactly what to do when bullets are flying, people are running, yelling and screaming and the adrenaline has completely taken over their body. Yea, they know exactly what to do........LOL!
It helps if you’ve thought about what you might do in a situation like this before hand
that’s why police and military go through so much training
Nooooo. I can’t touch that.
(That is excellent, Penelope! Kudos!)
You just gotta know when to hold ‘em and know when to fold ‘em, but you boys go right ahead and ping me to yours when you post ‘em.
That’s why when my life was threatened and my husband took me to buy a pistol, I made sure it had a very light trigger pull. I realized that fear made me so weak I knew I would have trouble pulling the trigger of some of the pistols we examined. Anger can be useful in an emergency.
When I was 15 I saved a guy’s life. I was diving and swimming off a ferry boat landing at a large lake. Some Ahole was encouraging a 16 year old who said he didn’t know how to swim to just jump in. There I was peacefully swimming toward the ladder and suddenly his body wizzed past me into the water. Bubbles came up, I saw the top of his head, but he went down again. The third time this happened I decided I better try to help him. He grabbed me and tried to climb on top of me. I screamed and lost most of my air, but I got angry. I was thinking, here is this idiot I’m trying to save me and he is trying to drown me. So I relaxed and sank under him and came up behind. I was able to push him the 6 feet to the ladder and never saw anyone climb so fast. Once I climbed up, the Ahole said: “You ought to give that girl a big kiss, she saved your life.” We looked at each other, shook our heads in disgust, and walked away.
Lady, get your hand off my elbow.😁
