I once shoveled out a driveway that was nine Heinekens tall in snow. Somehow I managed to make it through a half century of New England winters without ever having to buy a snowblower. I shoveled every square inch of driveway and walkway myself and had to go back out there every-time a snowplow came down my street and plowed the end of my driveway in three foot drifts.

No more though, now that I live in a condo. One of the good things that an HOA pays for. I don't care so much for the daffodils planted in the common areas and new lawn chairs for the pool area.
