Which party would benefit from delaying people’s documents, letters and packages next Election Day and probably every Election Day for years to come?

The issue is the massive mail in ballot fraud from fraudulent mail in voting. That has greatly favored the Dems, allowing them to make unbelievable comebacks after the election by blaming the USPS for delays processing those ballots. The big picture is that this is nothing more than an obvious political straddle. McCarthy and his RINOs will do this to appear to support President Trump while they do nothing with the power of the purse to reform mail in ballot fraud. So, they are actually enabling it by not stopping it.
