Boebert is ahead by only 550 votes out of over 320,000. Makes no sense to go to the trouble of creating conterfeit ballots and still have your guy losing by so few votes.
Like the audit in Arizona after the 2020 election did anything.

People know how that game plays out.
That might be the real reason. Perhaps a closer look at ballots will uncover fraud. It’s better for the dems to lose a seat than have their fraud exposed.
