No it is not necessary. That way lies our ruin. Better to have family friendly policies to encourage and sustain healthy families. Give huge tax breaks to make it more affordable. The cost of raising children drives families to have fewer of them.
No I mean necessary from a political corner they boxed themselves into over the past 40 years. I’m not disputing your remedy, but they will not reckon with the issue or themselves. It’s just easier to relocate 80 million from open borders than to correct their mistakes.
