That’s a very weird assertion and speculation.
More likely he’s fearing strokes from Ukrainian missiles.

Ukraine has been recently popping some Russian targets in Crimea and a few in Russia. SFAIK the longest striks have been in the 150-200 km range and probably were by drones. Ukraine is reputedly testing a 1000 km range drone, but I don’t know how far along that is. (I have limited time to follow this stuff!) Missiles? Well, I suppose it’s possible Ukraine might be able to obtain or piece together a few longer range (than HIMARS) missiles.
I personally think Ukraine hasn’t much choice but to go after Russian missile launchers and launch platforms that are not near Moscow or in cities, and Russia likely is moving to defend those launchers.
