President Volodymyr Zelensky has said 10 million Ukrainians are without power after a fresh wave of missile strikes by Russia.
At least seven people were killed in the strikes, with the number expected to rise.
"We are doing everything to normalize the supply," Mr Zelensky said in his nightly address.
Ukraine's air defence managed to shoot down six cruise missiles and five drones, he added.
On Thursday, Russia pounded Ukraine with a fresh missile barrage, hitting more energy installations and other civilian buildings less than two days after one of its heaviest bombardments yet.
Seven people died when a missile hit their apartment block in Vilnyansk, near the southern city of Zaporizhzhia, the Ukrainian presidency said.
A gas production plant in the east and a missile factory in Dnipro were among the latest targets, officials say.
Those suffering power outages are mainly in the capital, Kyiv, the western city of Vinnytsia, the port city of Odesa in the south-west and Sumy in the north-east.

Ukrainians don't have slave mentality like FR's vatnik brigade. They won't give up no matter how much Russia bombs apartment buildings or power stations. And as long as Ukraine has support from the west, they'll keep the power coming back up longer than Russia can fire shitty Iranian missiles. Then you bitches will cry that nothing Russia tries works, and you'll blame the Illimunati or the Reptoids or the Jews or whoever strikes your fancy that day.
Do you think the war Mongers care about their lying? They’d “volunteer” their mother to fight Russia but never themselves. Virtue signaling of the truly evil.
Moon of Alabama? Still?
What a bunch of maroons...
Remember this prediction? Pile it up with the other Russian retreats they failed to predict, and then tried to excuse.

Ukraine's Mystic Kherson Offensive Did Not, And Will Not Happen
There has been much talk in 'western' media about a Ukrainian offensive in the southern Kherson region. However most of the claims made about it seem to be divorced from the observable realities on the ground. The detailed look below provides that there is no such offensive and that there is little chance that there will ever be one.
Why do you follow sources so out of step with observable reality?
Yep, they’ll never give up and you won’t let them.
Do I need to link all the false and incorrect “predictions” made from the US/NATO/EU/UK/West?
Move along NAFO hypocritical troll.
Ukraine has no ability to return the favor. What about that don’t you understand?
Do you think Ukraine’s will deliberately bomb Poland again?
Nothing in your article relates to alleged false claims about Russia "running out of missiles." That means you've lost the argument.
As an aside, I can't help but notice that your organization attacking the ISW--as is usual with you--also traffics in Pro-North Korea talking points:
https://responsiblestatecraft.org/2020/09/03/the-hard-truths-north-korea-trump-biden-will-confront/?highlight=North%20Korea
If you're going to randomly attack some organization out there because you don't like that it attacks Russia, then don't promote extreme left websites that parrot North Korean propaganda.
You've been given opportunities in just this thread already re: the missiles, but you failed miserably.
It’s how I ID ISW members. supporters and contributors.
Of course they didn’t use the word “all”. They left their assessment deliberately amorphous as they don’t really know shit. Cementing their status as a wish palace for the dedicated stupid.
“The Russian military likely used a substantial portion of its remaining high-precision weapon systems in the coordinated missile strikes on November 15.”
https://understandingwar.org/backgrounder/russian-offensive-campaign-assessment-november-15
But even committed retards can see they want you to believe Russia is running out of precision weapons.
But it is known that Russia has several hundred Iskander M in reserve even now. And their cruise missile stocks are not depleted.
Ask yourself why ISW would make that statement. And then ask yourself why you believe it.
Yes dummy, I personally won't allow Ukrainians to give up their fight for freedom from a shitty, totalitarian regime.
This is an act of terrorism against the Ukrainian civilian population. And no, unless you are Genghis Khan, all is not fair in war.
You fail at searching on so many levels, it is just moronic level idiocy.
“The Institute for the Study of War, in Washington, added that “the slower tempo of Russian air, missile, and drone strikes possibly reflects decreasing missile and drone stockpiles and the strikes’ limited effectiveness of accomplishing Russian strategic military goals.””
https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/german-president-arrives-ukraine-tensions-rise-92044053
Then you probably shouldn't falsely accuse them of saying so?
But it is known that Russia has several hundred Iskander M in reserve even now
Is that all? They're launching 90 a day and most of the country is still powered, and the damage that has been done will be repaired in 24 hours or so.
So your own posts confirms ISW's assessment.
10 MILLION without electricity, but I’m sure Zelensky and his cronies each have $10 MILLION tucked away in their Swiss bank accounts, so they’ve got a nice warm feeling.
The claim was: the ISW said Russia is out of all its precision missiles.
You then "searched" and failed to substantiate that claim, other than to criticize the idea that Russia is running low... which it objectively is, because they're forced to buy from Iran.
Fail much?
Let me answer that: YES.
Been failing since March/April when you and your propaganda peddling cohorts were steadily relying on US/UK/WEST/NATO/EU propaganda ridden media.
Culminating in the supreme BS a day or so ago with the “Russia hit Poland” wet dream wish for WWIII.
