Find a lazy republican, of which there is no shortage of, have them fill out and sign ballot, turn it in. You're merely increasing turnout.

If only the GOP could manage to organize their state/county/town committee's to do this. When I was involved we would call those who didn't vote by 5pm and ask them if they needed a ride. Now, we should be calling when the ballots can be turned in, say a month before the election and ask if we could drive by and get their ballot. Perhaps even bring the candidate along to thank them.
