Then why was it taking over a week to count mail in ballots? By definition, a mail in is a vote by people who ALREADY KNOW who they will vote for.
One reason it takes Arizona so long to count is they accept hand delivered mail-in ballots on election day and mail-in ballots post-marked by election day. Its bad policy, fraught with potential fraud and counting delays. In short, working as designed by McCain Republicans in the state legislature.
