Well, this is apparently what they actually want since it’s what they overwhelmingly voted for.
>>> A large chunk of the voters aren’t feeling it. <<<
57% of US Households paid no federal income tax in 2021.
KICK THEM OUT!!! They voted en mas to make the economy worse and make our lives worse in so many ways. Do not rescue them from their own folly. Make them “pay” as cold, hungry, whiny babies until they repent. Yes, I’m a “meany” who believes in tough love for the sake of the children and our Country.
Startling percentage…
The folks in their parents’ home don’t face rent, property taxes (if they have a home), utilities, upkeep…
They can eat at home.
Inflation? What inflation?
There used to be more families, repeat families, that operated on such sensible plans for the betterment of family menbers.
Since I lived in the Harvard graduate dorms, I might possibly be able to live in Cambridge today under equivalent circumstances.
I had an NSF graduate fellowship, so was able to live reasonably well in Cambridge, even though I had to pay installments on my undergraduate student loans. And the dorms were close to the classrooms and labs that I needed, and a reasonable walk to Church.
This was before Harvard gave stipends to all GSAS students, so my NSF fellowship served me very well.
Your kid is probably great...but anything Pharma puts me off these days as the big Covid pushers have poisoned the brand.
Gen Z college students and graduates for the most part have been so indoctrinated by leftist teachers and professors that they buy the WHOLE Dim program—not just abortion!!!!
It was sickening to read the tweets from Arizona State U students, bragging how heavily they voted for Hobbs!!! They said “Gen Z rocks!” No—Gen Z sucks—at least that segment of Gen Z!!!!
Don’t kick leftist Gens Z’s out of your house—you have to love them!!!! But, if they live with you, they have to live by your rules.
That includes attending Church, and participating your Church’s sacramental life! And they need to get a job and/or join programs aimed at getting them good jobs!! That’s love, too!
Most with no or low paying jobs because they don’t want to actually work.
Many in that age group have the idea why work when they die off I have a free house then look for work.
My youngest is 23 and lives in his grandmothers basement.
He’s a full time OTR trucker and is on the road five days a week so having an apartment doesn’t make sense.
All of ours are fully independent because that’s how we raised them.
