Sure, there would be.....
Except it's illegal to video or otherwise record anything inside polling places
Want to deny things happened and make some other excuses why the election should not be certified, some other way?
In Texas, it’s against the law to carry a concealed handgun in an establishment where 51% of the revenue is earned from alcohol. Do you really think that no one is carrying?
Anyone with common sense knew that it is illegal to parade/picket in the Capitol Building. On January 6th, how many chose to ignore this law?
The point is not every law is strictly complied with especially if something important is in the balance. Surely someone out there has video of the events described. I know when I went to vote, I had my camera phone on and ready to record if I observed something untoward.
“Except it’s illegal to video or otherwise record anything inside polling places”
Do you know if that’s Election Code in every state?
I think there are miniscule cameras that can be disguised in eyeglasses, on purses, etc. I would have no problem defying Code this way. If necessary, turn over the recording to TPTB anonymously if necessary. They don’t need to know where it came from, although I’m sure they could figure it out.
It shouldn’t even be a rule. I expect it’s to protect voters’ secret ballots, and was established decades ago before every ceiling was crawling with cameras. A voter can’t video who someone else is voting for. The ceiling cameras can.
That law should be eliminated; is a stupid law.
