Well, gay marriage is legal in all 50 states. If the bill becomes law next week, not gonna change that. Seems like a feel good measure for Libs.
I do like the fact that Federal law now specifically says that diverse views on gay marriage are due respect. At least conservatives can say Federal Law requires respect for traditional views of marriage. Dems and most of the media won’t care, but there it is, right in the law.

Come on. You know how this will go. It will not override state laws that punish small businesses for not making cakes with dicks on them celebrating gay sex. And it will punish Christians for not respecting “diverse” views.
Also, the failure to include language protecting “businesses” religious beliefs (while protecting churches) guarantees this result.
