I understand what you’re saying, but it’s also important to understand Trump’s predicament. As POTUS you need to appoint a certain amount of people into your staff that have experience with government bureaucracy in order to get things done which means inevitably you are going to end up hiring some worthless and weak scumbags that would molest their own mother for the right price.
But I think Trump understands that better now and won’t make the same mistakes again.
Just my opinion.
Maybe he has learned but I haven’t seen anything yet that suggests he has. The legal team he has now is less then stellar and not much of an improvement over Rudy and others.
