Well, I will not argue too much against that. As I see it, Trump is 2/3 Patton and 1/3 Reagan. That’s way too much Patton! Patton had Eisenhower to protect him. Trump has no such protector.
So the wild and crazy things that Trump says simply goes out there, unfiltered and unprotected. Chaos results.
Patton was a man who had to win actual fighting wars. He was terrific. His mouth didn’t matter much in the field.
