Done some great things but he hasn’t done one thing alone as so many seem to think. He has a VERY, VERY, VERY supportive legislature that is just as responsible for what is going on in Florida.

Of course he hasn't done anything alone. But that's kind of the entire point.

DeSantis is great at building relationships with other people. He doesn't humiliate publicly members of legislature even if they cross him on an issue. He's been good at selecting his own staff who also are good at building relationships with other power centers in the state government. Put that all together, and you have a state's chief executive who can get things done because he works well with other people.

On the other hand, if you don't work on building those kind of relationships, and instead insult publicly people you will need to enact your agenda, it shouldn't be a surprise when not as much of your agenda gets enacted.

Sure thing boss.

And for the record, I’d Ores Trump wants to insult McConnell or his Chico’s wife, don’t care. Not a bit.

If your heart is all a flutter over Pres Trump calling them out and not over what McConnell has done for the last 6 years, IMHO, you’re one of them.

Give us the House. We have it to them. Give us the Senate. We gave it to them. Give us the White House. We have it to them, but we gave it to someone they didn’t approve of. And they gave him and us the finger.

You’re ok with that, that’s on you. What’s about to happen in this county could have been avoided. We were on the right path.

Here’s one thing you and all the rest know and I’m not trying to convince you to think anyway but your way, unlike you and so many on the DeSantis train

You know where Pres Trump stands

You have no idea where DeSantis stands. Given the folks propping him up, I’d tread lightly. Unless you long for the days when corporate America has the GOO in its hip pocket to use and abuse whenever they want.

To each their own.

DeSantis is great at building relationships with other people.

What people would they be?

Florida is overwhelmingly Republican. So, would those people be like minded folks or an army of liberal, democrats like the ones in DC and states like California, NY, Wash, Oregon, etc who thumbed their noses at Pres Trump, sued him for waking up in the morning and tried to obstruct everything he did?

All of a sudden those folks are going to fall over for DeSantis? Those folks are all about mail in voting, puberty blockers, shots, masks and CRT. Everything Florida took a stand against.

All of a sudden they’ll see the light and want to work with DeSantis? Sure.

As Ive said before. He does a great job. So would you if the voters, legislature, county commissions, city councils, school boards, cops and everyone else thought like you did and supported everything you and the legislature pushed.

Everyone is in a tizzy over the fact that he’s pushes back on the press. He wasn’t the first.

DeSantis’ biggest backer, aside from you says: He wants to improve the diversity of the GOP and blunt the vein of populism that has complicated the party’s relationship with the corporate world — two things he’s consulted with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy about.

If you think diversity is more important and the GOP getting cozy with corporate America, again, over the American people and consulting with that POS, McCarthy, is a good thing, vote for who you want.

I know where my vote is going. Time will tell.
