I was in the military. Combat. Spouse too. My father and father in law. Most of our friends
The military is not a mercenary group that citizens pay to do their dirty work
Every man and woman who ever pledged allegiance to the flag and who enjoys freedom in this country has a solemn duty to protect what the flag represents

The military is tasked with operating according to orders by the commander in chief who has authority through congress- elected by the people- to defend the country.
The way I have seen it, as our elections have deteriorated, the job of the “just male citizens” has come to the fore when watching a government take over tgat will order our military to do all kinds of dangerous things. Currently obvious to anyone who can tear away from sports long enough to find out
Freedom to watch football is not a given. It is hard earned
Every ‘just male citizen’ who did not protest players disrespecting our flag by demanding a specific explanation as to what it is about our constitution tgat the anthem/ the flag represents, is so oppressive, participates in disrespecting the flag
Any and all spectators should have walked out and given the sports leagues not a penny nor the time of day
But they condoned it
That’s a gigantic issue the media does not properly discuss
It is the root of defunding Law enforcement
