I doubt if this guy fully understood what was being designed. It was a ‘pit’ where you could (as a Instagram influencer or YouTuber making money internationally) hide your funds from taxation. There’s probably a core group of a dozen who had the full view, and I would imagine another couple of groups (Epstein-like characters...maybe even Kremlin folks) who gained access over time.
