All driver's licenses and TSA approved IDs are instantly scannable and have been for quite some time. Try getting on a military base or an airline flight without one.
By requiring voter ID, a voter's eligibility can be instantly verified.

Remember the lather and fuss over getting a "Real ID" to replace your regular driver's license ID, so you can "board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities"?
What's the point in getting this sort of high-level scrutiny if it can't be used for voter verification at a polling place?

Nice deflection. My post pertained to Dems using the delay to shred the original ballots and replace them with with ballots for the "right" candidates.

I was going through airport security earlier this year. I had my driver's licenses laminated between plastic so it would not fit into their scanner. They held me so long in security I missed my flight.
Right next to me in the security hold area a family of Guatemalan illegals who had just jumped the border using the Biden asylum scam were waved through using their border arrest warrants as their only form of ID.
They spoke no English, had new clothes, several thousand dollars in cash, Red Cross blankets and new iPhones.
I wonder who they voted for
Welcome to the new America
