Aside from somebody saying so, why is he responsible for a unit that isn’t his?
Thats the point. He owns the condo. He claims either the prior owner made the roof changes, and one architect he talked to said its part of the original building plans. The condo association says we don’t care who made the changes, you are the current owner so we’re demanding you pay for changes.
