Former President Donald Trump blamed Maricopa County for alleged "voter fraud" after Republican Blake Masters, his endorsed senatorial candidate in Arizona, lost to Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly. The race was called late Friday evening.
In a lengthy post on Truth Social, Trump claimed the result was "a scam" that could be attributed to "voter fraud" and that acting forces "stole the election," which he said should be held again.
"So in Maricopa County they’re at it again. Voting Machines in large numbers didn’t work, but only in Republican districts," he wrote. "People were forced to wait for hours, then got exhausted or had other things to do and left the voting lines by the thousands."

Maricopa County was already pulling stunts to get the necessary delays in place to steal the election early on Election Day.
Just like Covid, this has a very orchestrated look to it.
Amen! The problem isn’t “cheating”. It is the refusal of the Establishment Republicans in Arizona - the Governor, the Attorney General (a Senate primary candidate), Robson (Kari Lake’s primary opponent), etc - to back the GOP ticket. Heck, our AG went on 60 Minutes just a week out from the election and called Kari Lake crazy. Our Republican AG who lost the primary to Blake Masters ATTACKED KARI LAKE ON 60 MINUTES!
Independents notice things like that. And I’m 100% certain that at least 10% of registered Republican are voting for Katie Hobbs to PUNISH LAKE!
Not “fraud” and as long as we pretend it is, we cannot fix the problem: WE’RE NOT GETTING THE VOTES BECAUSE OUR OWN PEOPLE STAB US IN THE BACK!
Discouraged as hell in Arizona! But pretending it is fraud doesn’t help. And no, I don’t really know what the answer is. My guess is that conservatives have lost the culture of America and we can’t win at the ballot box until we regain some of the culture!

Absolutely! I’m surprised that the Dems ‘let’ Lombardo win in NV. Assume it’s only because he’s not actually conservative and they don’t care about who’s governor. We sure didn’t win the SOS and (apparently) the senate seat.

I was wrong about this. These were blank ballots being printed on demand at the polling place.
There were no names nor votes involved. The bar code just identifies it as a valid ballot.
Well records show Trump collected at least $150 million advertised as an "Election Security Fund" so it looks like he was claiming he was going to help secure election integrity, does it not? Yet it is now appearing he used that money on everything but election security.
We'll see how those charges pan out, but I have been asking about where that money was going on this site since he first started collecting it, not because I don't like Trump, but because I want secure elections.
Physical ballots are often printed by a machine AFTER a person makes their choice on an electronic screen. That paper ballot is supposed to help ease the voter that what they selected electronically was in fact how it would be counted. However evidence has been presented (I don’t have links right now sorry) that what is shown to the voter can be manipulated in a way that the vote is not counted in the way intended.
I’m not saying that’s in all cases of course, or even what happened here, as I have no idea. But I have seen demonstrations of it being possible. The obvious question is why is a computer needed to print a completed ballot, just have the computer ONLY print unused ballots, that the voter fills out physically, instead. But there are forces trying to prevent that, for questionable reasons.
Getting to the point of who gives a crap anymore? Not much difference between many of these politicians, and if we get a few good ones like Lake, Trump or DeSantis they get destroyed. How do you compete against a totally biased media, incompetent leaders like McCarthy, McConnell, Rona McDaniel etc, and a brain dead electorate (Ie Fetterman & Biden)?

A blank ballot is printed out for the voter at the voting station, filled out by the voter and then run through a tabulator.
From The NY Times: “The prosecutors, Carey R. Dunne and Mark F. Pomerantz, submitted their resignations because the new Manhattan district attorney, Alvin Bragg, indicated to them that he had doubts about moving forward with a case against Mr. Trump, the people said.”
This was in Feb. Not sure if it’s what you are referring to but at least ONE of the cases she’s brought against Trump is bogus. (I no longer remember how to post a clickable link but here’s where I got the excerpt.

That's a recipe for corruption. If you can't fill out a paper ballot you shouldn't be allowed to vote.

I’ve bitched about that since Slick “Pedo Island” Clinton”s time, and so far NOTHING HAS CHANGED in the ensuing 30 years or so. I have NO faith in the survival of this country as a free republic. Seems the people have lost the will to save themselves. Their only priorities are a cell phone and a doobie.
And for those complaining about Trump's complaining, you'd be the same people praising Rush for having appropriately given AZ's butchery of fair elections wall-to-wall 3-hour coverage on Wed-Thurs-Fri!
Nope, not at all, or in any way, shape, or form. She's an obvious fluzzy/phony, on a witch hunt to take down Trump any way she can. She should actually be disbarred for her actions, if not brought up on charges herself of prosecutorial abuse.
In fact, I don't believe in any of the phony prosecutions brought against Trump so far, including the impeachments. But I don't think he's perfect either, and if he collected money for an "Election Security Fund" and then spent that money on other things, while elections are being stolen, he may need to explain that.
Good to know, thanks for the clarification/update. I still think the machines can be manipulated, as can any computer, and if they are the impact can obviously be massive. Huge amounts of "drop off" ballots is another area ripe for fraud.
Convenience and security are always inversely proportional, it just depends on which is more important to you.
