I understand your point, although there is one huge problem.
The other side owns the “justice” system lock, stock, and barrel. The rules are not even close to the same for both sides.
Our side cannot operate the same way as the Democrats.

In fact, if you look at all the Congressional Races, the one state that saved the Republicans was New York.
The Democrats proposed a congressional map that was so gerrymandered the Republicans sued and won and got a much more competitive map which allowed them to win quite a few new seats, the head of the DCCC lost his election because of this. The judge that ruled on the Republican suit was a Cuomo appointed Judge.
Legalizing cheating makes it fair game for everyone.
For example, the mass mailing of ballots to everyone makes ballot harvesting legal, the Democrats own that, the Republicans refuse to play and get crushed to the point Democrats don’t even campaign anymore, they raise money to trash their opponents and sit home and wait.
If you sit back and allow yourself to be screwed, then you deserve what happens.
