You really don’t see what’s going on? This lack of clarity on FR is scaring me. This isn’t about Trumps dumb Tweets (I wish he’d scale it back a bit too). It’s a war between the Globalist, Establishment, Communists scum who want us gone. My conclusion is very few people here are long-range thinkers or strategic planners—they’re short-sided and caught up in the weeds.
Trump cannot fight a war if he cannot get elected. His behavior is costing him support. I’m to the right of at least 80% of America and he’s lost mine. I’d vote for him in the general but won’t vote for him in the primary. I know two members of my family who voted for him in 2020 (but refused in 2016) and they won’t vote for him period. It took a lot of talking to convince them to vote for Trump in 2020 and they won’t budge in 2024.
Trump is shooting himself. No one is attacking him. It is what HE is posting that is driving people away. And I honestly don’t think he could have won a majority anyways after Jan 2021. I didn’t give a horse fart about 6 Jan - but that cost Trump. In America, Trump would have won by at most 52-48. If he loses 10% of his potential voters, his max is stuck at 47%. That’s called “losing”.
