"It takes time to shred the original ballots and then create new ones to replace them. It's what they do." I don't know if you are being factitious. But I believe what you say is true.
That is exactly what their doing. It's a sophisticated operation. The replacement ballot and envelope has to match the original as much as possible. They probably have some high tech cloud based resources to help them. Once the replacement ballot is finished—pffft, it's counted, and original shredded.

I had recommended that people write in all candidates, despite them being on the ballot for exactly this situation. It's much harder to fake millions of mail in ballots, and poll workers would have the opportunity to witness and document them before the get sent for tabulation.

They supposedly have a lot more observers in every room. There are cameras where we can observe their activities. They don’t have CoVID as an excuse this time so they won’t be able to pull the same criminal acts as in 2020. I think they’re just slow-rolling the inevitable to cast doubt on Kari’s win and take away the media attention when they finally admit she won. At least I hope that’s the reality.

I don't know if you are being factitious. Is that really what you wanted to write? Sure you don't mean "facetious?"
I believe that Dr. Franklin was being facetious and/or indulging in gallows humor.
