Maybe. But if they Supreme Court rules that courts cannot be involved in “Gerrymandering” cases and the State Legistrature alone can decide on districting then it is possible all of the districts that had been affected by courts (ie MD) then it could happen much sooner.
We are dealing with Democrats here so there is no decency to be expected.
