Fill out the ballot, but bring it in person to the polling station.
If you brought just your mail-in ballot to the Vote Center, you cannot run it thru the tabulator. Your ballot would be SPOILED by a clerk, and you would be printed a new ‘Ballot On Demand’ from a laser printer on site. That one you run thru a Dominion tabulator.
I worked the polls as a Marshall 12 straight days, minus Sundays, primary and general elections. It happened a lot.
P.S. There is no cheating going on. It’s virtually impossible. There are at least two people of different parties watching each other, plus observers of different parties watching us. There are strict rules to follow and no funny business going on. I was there.
If Kari Lake loses, she lost fair and square.

AZ law REQUIRES that ballot paper weight be no less than 80 lb. But the forensic audit of the 2020 Maricopa county stuff showed something over 80,000 ballots were printed on too-light-weight paper. In many cases the ballots “bled thru”. Remarkably nearly all of the under weight ballots were for Bidum. Every one of those light weight ballots should have been set aside-—but they weren’t!
How would an observer know whether the lazer printers were loaded with spec paper? And how would an observer know if legitimate ballots were shunted sidewise on the way to the counting room? If there is indeed corruption is most likely starts farther upstream: with the paper, with preprinted ballots, with early screening of unfavorable ballots, etc. It’s a tall order for observers to be watching from the time ballots start showing up..
And, oh, by the way: why was no one ever disciplined in 2020 for buying non-spec paper?
