Trump is very likely getting some very, very bad advice from somebody. I write this because history has shown that Trump’s track record for picking advisors and right hand men extremely poor.

President Trump is a historical figure—and like many folks who “make a mark” he has both great strengths and some weaknesses.
We should openly acknowledge both.
Yes, the only other thing I can think is maybe he has decided to be a team player and is not planning on running and is trying to give DeSantis some space between them—though I suspect that is highly unlikely
