In the past 20 years, I’ve had probably 45 problem tenants. At least 40 of them have been single women (around 30-50 years old). Needy and entitled - rotten combo.
Because when it’s narrow, you’ll have the usual RINOs/GOPee/Assistant Democrats collaborating with the Dems/Communists on various pieces of BOHICA legislation. Biden has reason, awful as he is, to be plenty happy about that situation.

Pavlov’s dog experiments proved that you get more of the behavior that you reward. They’ve been rewarded for cheating during elections for so long that it’s become a habit.
Now that reward procees is being used in our education system to promote CRT and sexual dysplasia.

think like this guy does.
No one mentions that the majority of people we are replacing
Democrats with are solid Conservatives. There are some
exceptions, but we are a lot better off for Trump’s efforts
than a lot of people seem to realized.

It must be abortion, but it doesn’t make sense. Unless the woman is real loose, abortion might be a once in a lifetime decision. On the contrary inflation through compounding prices and the hit to retirement savings will last a lifetime. It’s emotion driven.
