Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) has sent House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) a handwritten apology following his remarks about the attack on her husband, Paul.
A spokesperson for Pelosi confirmed to The Hill that Youngkin sent her a note apologizing for his remarks and that Pelosi accepts the apology.
Youngkin made the comment about the attack at a campaign rally, during which he said, “There’s no room for violence anywhere, but we’re going to send her back to be with him in California.”

“Dear Mr. Pelosi, I am very sorry your community ‘hide the hammer’ game turned violent. I understand from authorities that Sodomite trysts are often violent in nature. Especially when hammers are involved. Although I am certain all wrongdoings will be exposed when your videos, and the police videos, are revealed to the public…”

It’s sickening and such a sign of weakness. These people want us subjugated. No reason to play nice.

Pelosi’s legacy is secure. Tearing up Trump's speech; two failed impeachments; unsustainable debt.

Youngkin never impressed me as a candidate other than the fact he had a lot of money and was lucky enough to run against a stupid Dem who had already been Governor once and handed him an issue.
This is typical of him - apologizing for a very non-offensive jibe.
