Hmm OK. If its only 400,000 and they win at a 70% rate that would yield about 160,000 more votes for Lake and Masters. That’s easily enough for Lake and would push Masters over the top but it would be fairly close.
Masters would need about 62% of those 400,000.
Lake only needs 52%.
