Just a thought, who is manning these weapon systems, I’ve never operated a sophisticated air defense system, I can’t imagine it being plug and play requiring 30 minutes of training to operate and maintain.

My guess is the systems are being operated by “contractors” aka US military personnel contracted thru some 3rd party to the CIA or some other Government agency.

More likely they are former U.S. military working for such companies, but with the right training.
