Booker has a fairly decent lead over Paul in Kentucky at 4% in
CNN (of all people) is saying that this is because Louisville has reported the majority votes, where Booker is leading by 30%. But that Paul is expected to win.

yeah Louisville just dumpled their votes and they are a dark blue area. Difference is only 5000 votes
