Dems lose tomorrow night, Pelosi announces retirement...

Pelosi will be Speaker of the House for two months after tomorrow, no matter tomorrow’s results. I expect a lot ‘forlorn-hope’ democrat bills to be acted upon—a big gun-control law, say a ban on ‘assault rifles’ and ‘high-capacity’ magazines for one.

Only when there is no hope of the bills passing both houses will Nancy announce her retirement. She will, of course, be awarded the Medal of Freedom by Brandon. Perhaps the new Republican Speaker can tear up FJB’s speech. That would be a nice touch.
