I agree Zelensky is a complete fraud. But where do they get the 41% number? I can only find 21% number, even including Crimea. 41% doesn’t seem to fit any battle map.

… and that is way over counting. You can’t include territory the Russians already had before they kicked off this war.
Aside from Kherson, they are close to net zero.

41% may be a calculation we're not supposed to know about because a percentage of Ukraine has been set aside for Zelensky's Globalist handlers.
It's like here; Democrat blue cities are not part of the United States.
