Me too, married a first gen Italian. I never seem to see it spelled right though. Probably because so many dialects and slightly different pronunciations. I also like stugots actually sto cazzo. my FIL also uses another one meaning roughly you’re killing me but I couldn’t come close to spelling or translating it the way he says it. got a lot of prime Sicilian ones from My MILs side. .

Italy has hundreds of dialects and some are so different that are they not understandable to others. I come from Abruzzo (central Italy), and I’d have a hell of a time understanding Sicilian, or Calabrese and especially Friulani.

One cuss word used to disparage someone where I come from is cazzu mattu, which means crazy dick, or dick head.
