These ships are called migrant taxi boats. They pick up the migrants when their non-seaworthy boat makes it say 20-30- miles offshore from Africa. Then taxi them to Italy’s shores. This scam has been going on for ages
We could solve this problem by sending them all to glorious Ukraine to fight the Russians.
