There was a young woman outside the Sam’s Club in Reno collecting money for Doctors Without Borders a few days ago. I would never give anything to anyone out in front of a store. Could have been a scam for all I know. Now I would definitely not want to give money to Doctors Without Borders.
I have made a list of donations IF I ever win some serious Lottery $$$$$.
Doctors Without Borders WAS on that list until about 3 minutes ago.
