The Ukrainian government openly employs their Nazis to stick it to the Russians...and so the Russians hit back with Lenin. But it could have been worse for the Ukrainians, they could have put Stalin there.
Who says that Bandera was a Nazi? Only leftists who consider anyone who isn’t like them a Fascist or a Nazi. Was Bandera a nationalist? Yes, but not every nationalist is a Nazi. Words have meanings. Even then, Bandera’s admirers are marginal in Ukraine today.
By the way, do you know who this is? He is much more influential in Russia than any admirer of Bandera is in Ukraine.
