Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) promised on Thursday that “not another penny will go to Ukraine” if Republicans retake control of Congress in Tuesday’s midterm elections.
“The only border they care about is Ukraine, not America’s southern border,” Greene said of Democrats at a Trump rally in Sioux City, Iowa. “Under Republicans, not another penny will go to Ukraine. Our country comes first. They don’t care about our border or our people.”
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Ky.) similarly suggested last month that Republicans would rein in Ukraine spending if they retake the House, as the GOP appears poised to do, though he stopped far short of saying the faucet would be shut off entirely.

If the GOP abandons Ukraine to Russian enslavement and domination then the Democrats will absolutely resurrect the “Russian Collusion” narrative and accuse the GOP of, well, handing over Ukraine to Putin.
I like MTG but if she wants Russia on the Polish border then the GOP will be made to pay a price.
If the decision is to support Ukraine, send equipment, not money. Money tends to end up in the pockets of politicians and not actually helping the troops.
The reason our border isn't being secured is because the democrats in power don't want it secured. It has nothing to do with helping Ukraine fight the Russians. Our own border policies, unfortunately, are the same as they were before there was any war in Ukraine, and they'll be the same after that war ends unless and until the GOP controls both houses of Congress and the Presidency.
Good. We should also demand that they return the money we’ve already given them. I’m sure a significant portion of that money ended up in Zelenskyy pockets and those of his cronies.
All that money is payback to leftist cronies. That’s where it’s going.
Let the Europeans help the Ukrainians economically, and we'll send the military stuff. Seems fair to me.

And then when we see aggression by North Korea, Iran or China, same thing? Not our war so let them do whatever they want to whomever?
