These NON PROFIT rules are VERY CLEAR & NOT COMPLICAtED.
The rules seem to be rocket science for BLM. First thing any reasonable business or not-for-profit does is hire a CPA. Forms and quarterly filings must be done on time. Failure to do so will bring the IRS down on you like a ton of bricks.
