I am watching Special Report — and video of Biden walking out of a question from Peter Deucy — slow pace, stiff gait — has anyone postulated or asked of the guy has Parkinson’s disease? Progressive dementia is also quite a hallmark of Parkinsons. It was a startling video.
And Biden is a classic case..
